Commissioner moves to cancel July 13 Iron County Commission meeting after posting problem; motion passes 3-0

After discussing the posting issue and the legal guidance, the board determined to cancel the July 13 meeting and move it to July 27, 2026. The motion’s recorded vote listed Michael Bleak, Paul Cozzens and Kenneth Robinson as voting aye. County Clerk Jonathan T. Whittaker attested to the minutes following the action.
The commission did not take up further substantive agenda items at the July 13 session because the meeting was rescheduled. Any materials or items planned for the July 13 agenda will be carried to the July 27 meeting unless otherwise notified by the clerk’s office.
