Sheboygan staff narrow UV disinfection design to Trojan system as part of multi-year upgrade

He noted that if the city pursues Clean Water Fund financing it may trigger Buy America requirements that affect cost and schedule. Jordan estimated that major construction and installation could occur in 2028, with procurement and long equipment lead times affecting the timeline. The committee approved proceeding with Trojan in the design phase by unanimous vote.
