Earlier in the meeting the council also unanimously approved the minutes from the July 7, 2025 meeting (motion by Golden, seconded by McRae) and voted to excuse Councilmember Huntwork (motion by Mackleit, seconded by Schaefer). The meeting adjourned at 7:57 p.m.
