“The project is subject to funding approval vote at the March 3, 2020 Town meeting, and notice of project (and pre‑bid meeting) cancellation in the event of project de‑funding will appear on the Town's web site,” the Selectboard recorded in the meeting packet as Town Administrator Shane O’Keefe presented the bid schedule and contingency language. The contractor is now mobilizing; the board and staff said they will keep the public informed about schedules, traffic impacts and grant reimbursements.
