District staff outlines registration, orientation and first-day dates for 2026–27 school year

Online registration is open for returning students, on-site registration for new students was scheduled for the next day, teacher orientation was listed for Aug. 5, teachers are due back Aug. 10–11, and the first student day is Aug. 12. The staff member said, "Teachers return on the 10th and 11th for teachers institute, and the 1st day for students is August 12."
Staff also noted available counseling resources and an app families can use to identify the school and connect to district counseling services. They directed families to the district website for a strategic-plan "passport" listing action statements for the 2026–27 school year.
