Moss reported the committee met four times between Sept. 20 and Oct. 17, issued 86 checks and six electronic payments totaling $328,222.21. She said the budget through September represents 25% of the fiscal year, with total revenue at 4.55% and total expenses at 5.77% of the annual budget.
Moss characterized the figures as acceptable at this point in the fiscal year and provided the council the committee’s payment and budget monitoring information for review.
