Council continues consideration of FEMA BiOp standards to Dec. 18
Summary

Councilor Barb Gregory moved and Councilor Mark Minegar seconded a motion on Sept. 25 to continue Ordinance 24‑433‑O — which would adopt FEMA Biological Opinion (BiOp) standards into the city's development standards — to the Dec. 18, 2025 council meeting at 6:00 p.m. The motion passed unanimously.
Council discussion on the motion occurred at the Sept. 25 meeting but the body elected to continue the item for further consideration. The continuance places any final action on the ordinance at the Dec. 18 meeting; staff or interested parties may provide additional information in the interim.
