County asks engineer to evaluate petition to vacate unimproved Doty alley

"We've received a petition to vacate a portion of unimproved, of an unimproved alley located in Doty. The petition was signed by the majority of abutting property owners, and all fees have been paid," said Kimberly Edminster.
Commissioners asked a clarifying question about indemnity and the county moved forward with deliberation items that included the alley vacation; the deliberation package was approved by voice vote 3-0.
