At the end of the meeting the chair asked staff to add Labor Street (off Main Street) to the street-marking review.
The chair (S4) said, "If we can have someone take a look at Labor Street coming off Main Street because that's a 2 lane road and one's a make it over the hill as a left turn onto 1st Street and wants to shoot straight ahead," and asked staff to assess whether pavement markings should indicate a dedicated left-turn lane. Staff (S6) agreed to evaluate pavement markings and return recommendations to the committee.
The committee did not make a formal change to the paving list but directed staff to assess lane marking options as part of the upcoming paving/marking work.
