Ellis County recognizes new hires and promotions across departments

Commissioners recognized several new hires and promotions across county departments at Tuesday’s meeting, with Human Resources introducing staff and department heads describing recent moves.
Jennifer Taylor of Ellis County Human Resources presented the group and asked department heads to introduce individuals. The clerk’s office introduced Tara Clement (promoted to deputy clerk) and other internal promotions; the appraisal office introduced Luke Warren, who received a registered mass appraiser designation and was promoted to Appraiser III, and Isaac Zimmerman, who joined as Appraiser I. Sheriff Scott Brownell introduced internal promotions and new deputies and detention staff.
Commissioners thanked the new employees and promoted staff for stepping into roles that support daily county operations.
