Paul Rosenbaum, reporting for Land Use, said two zoning cases passed (one a farm-to-table project on Radnor Road) and code text changes addressing battery areas for solar or wind were approved. He described a negotiated road-use agreement that conditions county permitting on a road-use agreement with townships before final permits are issued. Rosenbaum said the committee accepted a $125,000 payment from a wind farm and approved a $20,000 housing rehabilitation block grant funded from an Edwards Station closing to support repairs in Sharon’s district.
Rosenbaum said both zoning cases passed unanimously; the road-use agreement split the committee vote but ultimately passed. The committee did not have additional questions at the Executive Committee meeting.
