Mill Creek Community Center construction under way; city says on budget and on time

He added the city expects the facility to open in the summer of 2027 and described it as a full-service community center that will serve youth, seniors and families.
The mayor thanked contractor Triplett Wellman by name and said their work is on budget and on time. He also said the community center will provide a central place for recreation, culture and community gatherings when completed.
