Council clears two contractor pay requests totaling $295,317.91

The council approved two contractor pay requests during the July 8 meeting. On a motion by Kerry Clark, seconded by Austin Ascherl, the council approved Pay Request No. 1 to A.M. Cohron & Son, Inc. for $12,082.25 for work on the North 16th Street Bridge Replacement project.
Separately, Adam Samuelson moved to approve Pay Request No. 1 to Crain Construction in the amount of $283,234.66 for improvements at the Hugh & Maxine Loudon Business Park; Ascherl seconded and the motion passed unanimously. Together the two pay requests total $295,317.91 and were recorded as approved in the meeting minutes.
