Karyee Gonder, a Page County Fair board member, asked the council for permission to close 4th and 6th streets and to borrow city barricades and cones for the Page County Fair. Jamie Shore moved to approve the street closures and the council voted unanimously in favor.
Council did not attach special conditions in the minutes provided; the motion was recorded as approved without roll-call detail beyond the unanimous vote. The street closures will support fair activities and require coordination with city public works and public safety for signage and traffic control.
