Jenkinsburg council approves agenda, minutes and financial reports

At its Dec. 8, 2025 meeting the Jenkinsburg council approved the meeting agenda, approved the Nov. 24 minutes, and accepted financial reports; all routine motions passed by unanimous recorded votes.
With a quorum present, Mayor Eddie Ford called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Council Member Gary Roberts moved to adopt the meeting agenda; Gary Brown seconded and the motion passed with all recorded votes in the affirmative (Jason Watts, Joye England, Brent Eberspacher, Gary Brown, Gary Roberts).
Mayor Pro-Tem Jason Watts moved to approve the Nov. 24, 2025 minutes as presented; Gary Roberts seconded and the motion passed unanimously. Later in the meeting Council Member Gary Brown moved to accept the financial reports as presented; Jason Watts seconded and that motion also passed with unanimous recorded support. The minutes record these items as routine actions and include vote tallies as noted. The meeting concluded after the council adopted the FY 2026 budgets by resolution and Mayor Ford adjourned at 8:06 p.m.
