Board members moved and seconded a motion to adopt the sewer rate as presented and voted in favor; there were no recorded oppositions. Desmoor also said staff will post process documentation and the methodologies used to compute both metered and flat rates on the town website for public review.
The presentation noted the town maintains a mix of metered and flat-rate accounts, and staff said they intend to share the operational process for how reads are collected and how rates are derived so customers can see the calculation steps.
