Green Mountain Power updates Selectboard on Under the Mountain Road work, Route 121 project

Tim Jones, Program Manager for Green Mountain Power, provided the Selectboard with an update ahead of Town Meeting, thanking the town for its partnership on the Under the Mountain Road project and specifically recognizing Road Foreman Josh Dryden for his cooperation. Jones noted dry, dusty conditions and requested feedback from the Town.
Selectboard member Taylor Prouty said gravel application was later than ideal and raised potential mud season challenges; GMP committed to returning to address any issues once snow and ice conditions clear and reported the only other GMP project in town this year will be on Route 121, mostly in neighboring Windham.
