Selectboard delegates Excess Weight Permit approvals to Town Administrator for 2026

The Selectboard voted on Feb. 17 to delegate authority to Town Administrator Aileen Tulloch to review and approve Excess Weight Permits for the 2026 calendar year, removing the need to bring each permit before the board. Martha Dale moved the authorization and Taylor Prouty seconded; the motion passed unanimously.
Board members asked that staff publish an online list of organizations that have been approved to make this delegation transparent to residents. The authorization requires Tulloch to report approvals back to the Selectboard.
