Commissioners agreed to create a small subcommittee to finish a commission trifold and finalize verbiage so printed and digital outreach can be ready for upcoming public events.
Lisa said she had prepared a rough draft and was "really, at this point, looking for feedback," and proposed a single telephone number to avoid publishing a personal cell number. Members discussed using a digital brochure format with seasonal updates and a QR code for quick access while retaining printed flyers for residents who prefer non-digital formats.
A three-person subcommittee was proposed to streamline decisions and deliver a finalized brochure for printing and event distribution. Members also discussed a VoIP option (Vonage) for routing messages and an accessible flyer and business-card approach to distribution.
