Londonderry to publish strategy document, hold neighborhood meetings before PUD applications

He said the town will publish the strategy document for public review and organize neighborhood meetings in affected areas before any formal application is accepted.
Residents asked for concrete ways to provide input aside from showing up at meetings; town staff pointed to a portal on the municipal website to submit comments and suggested neighborhood gatherings, showing maps and conceptual plans and allowing direct Q&A with staff and consultants. "I want people to say, okay. Look. Here's what we've come up with for strategies. What did we miss?" Mulholland said. The town also said it will coordinate with neighborhood associations and use email lists to distribute materials ahead of outreach meetings.
