The CEQA initial study and Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND) for the Two-Mile Well Project are in public review and the comment period closes March 30, 2026, General Manager Ryan Gross told the Executive Committee on March 16.
"The CEQA initial study and Mitigated Negative Declaration for the Two-Mile Well Project is currently in the public review period, which closes on March 30, 2026," Gross said. He said the item is planned to be brought forward to the Board in April for consideration and potential adoption; he also noted there is a related Closed Session item concerning project property.
The Executive Committee discussion was an informational preview for the upcoming Board meeting. No public comments on the CEQA documents were recorded at the Executive Committee meeting; the public review period provides the formal window for written comments and is the next step before Board consideration.
