Board set to consider transfer of 332 acre-feet carryover right and acceptance of several completed projects

The Executive Committee did not act on these items at the Feb. 17 meeting; staff indicated they would be presented for Board action on Feb. 24. The minutes record the specific project numbers and the 332 acre-feet transfer amount as part of the agenda highlight.
