During its Feb. 17 Executive Committee meeting, staff highlighted several Consent Calendar items slated for the Feb. 24 Regular Board meeting. The Consent Calendar includes a proposed temporary transfer of a Carryover Right of 332 acre-feet of water from the District's Free Production Allowance in the Mojave Basin and the acceptance of completed projects: Hospital Road Sewer Replacement (Project No. 256), Manhole Inflow Reduction 2025–26 (Project No. 270), Spyglass Water Tank Site Slope Stabilization (Project No. 179), and Willow Creek WWTP Building (Project No. 255).
The Executive Committee did not act on these items at the Feb. 17 meeting; staff indicated they would be presented for Board action on Feb. 24. The minutes record the specific project numbers and the 332 acre-feet transfer amount as part of the agenda highlight.
