The Seneca City Council approved the December meeting minutes on a motion by Councilor Melvin Herburger, seconded by Councilor Matt Wenick; the vote is recorded as "Motion passed unanimously." The council then approved the January minutes on a motion by Councilor Matt Wenick, seconded by Mayor Andrea Officer; that vote is also recorded as "Motion passed unanimously."
Later in the meeting Councilor Melvin Herburger moved to approve payment of the bills; Councilor Matt Wenick seconded and the motion "passed unanimously." The meeting was adjourned by Mayor Andrea Officer at approximately 6:20 p.m.
