Council then adopted Resolution 9-2026 to approve the city budget as amended; Mayor (S5) declared a conflict of interest on the joint recreation program before the vote. The council also passed Resolution 10-2026 levying and categorizing ad valorem taxes for 2026–27. All motions passed by voice vote.
