At the Feb. 24 meeting the Board approved the Consent Calendar items 8a–8f as presented. The items included: approval of the Jan. 27, 2026 regular meeting minutes; authorization of a temporary transfer of the District's 2024–25 carryover Free Production Allowance in the Mojave Basin for the water year ending Sept. 30, 2025; and acceptance of the following projects as complete: Hospital Road Sewer Replacement (Project No. 256), Manhole Inflow Reduction 2025–26 (Project No. 270), Spyglass Water Tank Site Slope Stabilization (Project No. 179), and the Operations Building at the Willow Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant (Project No. 255).
Vice President John Wurm moved and Director Michelle Ambrozic seconded the motion to approve the consent items; the vote was recorded as unanimous (AYES: Ambrozic, Boydston, Brown, Wurm). The approvals record project completion dates and authorize staff to close related contracts and process final payments per standard administrative practice.
