APS received 102 whistleblower reports in 2025–26; district shifts intake to Let’s Talk platform

Pamela Meyer, Executive Director of the Student Service Center, presented the district's whistleblower data for July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026. Meyer said APS received 102 reports in that period and that about 29 met the formal whistleblower criteria; the majority of submissions were school-based, came from employees, and were often submitted anonymously.
Meyer described a process change: beginning July 1 APS transitioned whistleblower reporting into the Let's Talk/Onflow platform and launched a dedicated whistleblower page. She said the process routes reports into a private flow accessible to superintendent Blakey, herself, and communications staff so they can vet and categorize items "as a whistleblower" or treat them as other complaints handled internally. When asked where board members should direct constituents, Meyer said the landing page is aps.edu/whistleblower and the Let's Talk form includes a whistleblower category to guide users.
