Items approved on the consent agenda included a pay adjustment for Colby Naeve (full-time Secondary Roads) to $31.75 per hour effective August 4, 2026; hiring Brandon Anderson as full-time Landfill & Recycling at $23.19 per hour effective July 27, 2026; hiring Samuel Rengert as a part-time Sheriff Deputy at $41.69 per hour effective July 27, 2026; a job title change for Kyle Kilstrom to Engineer’s Office Maintenance Superintendent at an annual salary of $88,000 effective August 2, 2026; and acceptance of Jayson Johnson’s resignation effective July 26, 2026. The board recorded the procedural motion to approve these items (moved by Scott Longhorn, seconded by Shawn Bryant) and noted the vote as unanimous ("All ayes. Motion carried").
