The Council approved renewal of the Town's consulting services agreement with AECOM for National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) engineering services. Town Administrator Tracey Stevens said the renewal includes a nominal $500 increase from last year.
Mayor Jay Foy remarked that NPDES is a state requirement delegated by the federal government for water-quality purposes. The motion to approve the consulting services agreement passed 5-0.
