The Executive Committee was briefed on the Manhole Inflow Reduction 2026 Project, which involves adjustments to approximately 186 manholes across the system.
General Manager Ryan Gross reported that bids for the project ranged from about $329,000 to $560,000; the lowest responsive bid was roughly $329,000, below the engineer's estimate of $350,000. The committee accepted the briefing; staff will prepare a recommendation for the full Board, which is expected to consider contract award at a future meeting.
