CIP update: Corporation Yard nearly complete; several water and sewer projects moving forward

Engineering Manager Scott Schroder presented the District's 4th quarter CIP update and said the Corporation Yard Project No. 177 is nearly complete, with generator pad, fuel tanks and landscaping scheduled for spring. Schroder reviewed recently completed projects (Willow Creek WWTP building, Hospital Road Sewer Replacement, Spyglass Slope Replacement) and said the Spyglass tank portion is expected to be bid in late spring or summer.
Projects under construction include Blue Jay and Meadow Bay slip lining (No. 263) at roughly 45% complete and the Manhole Inflow Reduction project at about 80% complete. The Solar Farm Project No. 142C is underway with surveying done and Southern California Edison coordination in progress. Several projects are in design, including Blue Jay Well Project No. 187 (about 90% designed and going to bid next month) and Lift Station #2 Project No. 191 (60% design).
