The motion to adopt was moved by Director Jacqueline Brown and seconded by Director Michelle Ambrozic; the measure carried with Directors Ambrozic, Boydston and Brown voting yes and two directors absent.
Nathan Porter, Field Operations Manager, told the board that "an Updated Sewer System Management Plan (SSMP) is required for regulatory compliance and must be completed every six years." He said the revisions were limited to updated contact information, addition of new Sanitary Sewer Overflow reporting categories and incorporation of the state's updated General Order. No public comment was received on the item.
The Board's formal adoption fulfills the District's reporting obligations and updates internal contact and reporting protocols. The resolution passed without amendment. The District did not specify an effective date beyond adoption and staff noted the updated plan will be used for ongoing regulatory reporting.
