Engineer reports Phase IV sewer near completion; Phase V on hold, Route 20 preconstruction set for Nov. 14

Engineer Ryan Holcomb updated the council on multiple infrastructure projects at the Oct. 22 meeting.
Holcomb said Phase IV sewer line work is complete; the contractor has about two weeks of concrete and sidewalk work remaining and paving will follow. He said a change order addressing concrete steps, stored materials and quantity adjustments will be presented at the next meeting. Phase V sewer is on hold, Holcomb reported.
Regarding the Route 20 Corridor project, Holcomb said a bid opening occurred Oct. 9 at the Thrasher office and a preconstruction conference is scheduled for Nov. 14 at Town Hall; he said the recommendation of award will be presented at the next meeting. Holcomb also reported Phase I AMD is in closeout, with a forthcoming Change Order 3 and one or two pay applications remaining; Phase II AMD NEPA materials were submitted for comment and resubmitted following initial AML comments.
