Residents press council on potholes, speed bumps, officer staffing and homelessness

Resident Kenneth Johnson requested a speed bump on Maryland Avenue because of speeding, reported seeing more homeless individuals and drug users in town, and asked if more police presence or a neighborhood watch could be implemented; Mayor Maxson responded that steps are in progress to address police presence.
