Board approves annual meeting schedule and Florida Statewide Mutual Aid Agreement

The Heritage Pines CDD board adopted Resolution 2025-04 setting regular meeting dates for FY2025/2026 and Resolution 2025-05 approving an updated Florida Statewide Mutual Aid Agreement; Mr. Adams said the CDD is more likely to receive aid than provide it.
At the April 15 meeting the board adopted Resolution 2025-04 to designate dates, times and locations for regular meetings during fiscal year 2025/2026. The adoption passed on a motion by Stephen Putman and a second from Michael Walsh.
The board also adopted Resolution 2025-05 approving an updated Florida Statewide Mutual Aid Agreement. District Manager Chuck Adams said the agreement had been previously approved and was being presented because of updates; he noted that the CDD is "more likely to be the recipient of aid from other governmental entities than a provider of aid." The resolutions were adopted unanimously.
