The Heritage Pines CDD reported that the Environmental Solutions Florida, Inc. (ESF) contract for cleanup on NWRA 33 at Rolling Hills Loop has been executed and vegetation removal is underway. The board added an action item for District Engineer Kurt Heath to inspect the area and coordinate necessary repairs.
Chair Kathleen Lonergan also raised a separate tree concern: she described a partially dead oak reported behind 18906 Rolling Hills Loop. Mr. Heath's initial inspection found the tree located on another resident's property behind 11906 Heritage Pointe Drive and not within any CDD easements; he said he will inspect the area again to confirm the location and condition before the board takes further action.
