Michael Walsh nominated Kathleen Lonergan as chair and Arthur Rhodes as vice chair; the nominations were approved on a motion by Mr. Walsh and a second by Carol Vaughan.
The resolution retains Michael Walsh, Carol Vaughan and Stephen Putman as assistant secretaries and removes Janice Benedetti as an assistant secretary. The action leaves prior appointments by the board in place, including Craig Wrathell as secretary and treasurer and Chuck Adams as assistant secretary.
