"It's just some of the things we talked about... the targets themselves, there's... 2 systems of targeting... because of the weather, it breaks down pretty quickly," Chief Robeson said. Council members asked about the amount and whether other agencies might contribute; one council member noted "It's $1,000," in the meeting discussion and the council moved to accept the funds. The motion carried by voice vote.
Staff did not present a contract and indicated the FBI funds were part of the FBI's budget allocation; the council did not discuss restrictions beyond general maintenance and replacement for the target systems.
