The Town Board of South Shore approved warrants totaling $119,816.10 at its Jan. 13, 2026 meeting after Finance Officer Michelle Zirbel presented the monthly financial report. Zirbel reported a General Fund balance of $123,652.40, a Water Fund balance of $73,721.25, and an outstanding sewer loan principal of $84,552.93 as of Dec. 31, 2025.
Board members voted unanimously to approve the warrants and the motion to accept the December minutes and the amended agenda. The water surcharge and sewer surcharge funds were listed at $50,561.00 and $36,732.72, respectively; certificates of deposit totaled $35,846.97. The board did not attach conditions to the warrant approval and moved on to the meeting’s other agenda items.
