The Heritage Pines Community Development District board voted unanimously to accept the unaudited financial statements as of Dec. 31, 2024. Arthur Rhodes moved to accept the statements and Michael Walsh seconded; the motion passed with all in favor.
District Manager Chuck Adams presented the statements and "responded to questions regarding the investment account with BankUnited, the current interest rate being earned and bank statements." Adams said, "Staff will resend the statements to the Board." Board members took no further action beyond acceptance and requested the documentation be redistributed for review.
