Board names Marissa Meiners MS Warriorette advisor and raises mileage rate to $0.70

The board also amended its mileage-reimbursement rate from $0.67 per mile to $0.70 to follow current state rates, retroactive to Oct. 1, 2025. That motion was carried 7–0. Both items were recorded as routine personnel and policy changes in the minutes.
