A motion to authorize Nick to sign the grant agreement was made and seconded; board members voted in favor by voice. "We're awarded $48,000 and our match is $12,000," Katie said during the grant update. The board directed staff to proceed with signing and budgeting for the match in a future fiscal year as needed.
