Blanchester administrators presented and the board approved multiple literacy and instructional supports funded by the CLSD grant. The board approved a 60-day literacy coaching contract with CollabWorks LLC, a 30-day contract with Wayne Literacy & Leadership LLC, and a provider agreement with Rivet Education for coaching, implementation planning and site-based support for high-quality instructional materials (HQIM) in English language arts.
The board also approved distribution of a $4,000 total stipend from the University of Cincinnati, to be divided equally among participants in the Advanced Inclusive Principal Leadership (AiPL) project: Eric Lawson, Andy Hamm, Georgette McClain, Kyle Hamilton, Kristin Unversaw and Randy Dunlap. The contracts and stipend are paid by the CLSD grant and University of Cincinnati funding as recorded in the minutes.
