"We had 3 contractors that could specialize in pretty much 3 different areas..." Stolitz said, and council approved the recommendation unanimously.
Chief Jason Milik asked the council to authorize a leased acquisition of two BMW police motorcycles and associated outfitting; the council approved an estimated total cost of $111,364 over four years with a $20,000 contingency. Community Services Director Jesse Cuomo then described a purchase agreement with Pacific Fitness Products LLC for $234,779.45 to outfit the Mill Creek Community Center fitness room; Cuomo said equipment comes with long-term service expectations and partnerships for training and orientations. Both contracts were approved by unanimous votes.
