City staff reported the launch of a new agenda center and updated website along with coordinated marketing banners and a winter campaign.
"I really am liking this a lot... I like that you can download the whole packet and see the whole packet with numbered pages," the city manager (speaker 1) said, describing board-portal features and the ability to annotate materials. A staff presenter (speaker 8) said the site launch was coordinated with banners and a winter marketing flyer across town and that response so far has been positive.
Councilors noted technical issues: Google search results still link to the old agenda center for some queries and some users reported lost annotations when a new document was added to a packet. Staff said they are working with Google and investigating annotation-save behavior so councilors' notes will persist. The council encouraged members to report specific issues to city hall for follow-up.
