Woodburn approves $301,793.21 police vehicle lease and outfitting contract

Shatran said the procurement would replace two K‑9 vehicles, add one patrol vehicle and upfit an existing vehicle with emergency equipment, markings, prisoner transport capabilities, and dash cameras. "What you have in front of you is my staff report for recommending...a contract with Leasing Specialist for the amount of $301,793.21," he told the council. He also said vehicles will be owned at the end of the lease term.
A councilor moved to approve the leasing specialist contract and Axon equipment purchase, including the contingency; the motion was seconded and passed by voice vote.
