Board approves Special Education plan, revises Indian policies and updates bullying policy

The board on Oct. 13 approved the Special Education Comprehensive Plan and approved changes to the district’s Indian Policies and Procedures, both motions recorded as carried 6-0. The minutes indicate these approvals were part of compliance and program oversight activities.
Also during new business the board appointed Lynnelle Anderson as the district delegate to the ASBSD 2025 Delegate Assembly on Nov. 21, 2025, and approved an update to board policy 7.41 (Bullying Policy). Both motions were recorded as carried 6-0.
