Payson innovation center has three tenants; city aims for retention and sponsorship revenue

Mills framed the center as a retention and early-stage support tool rather than an immediate revenue generator.
Board members discussed outreach efforts, and staff said they will continue to market the center to local entrepreneurs and nearby chambers of commerce. No new sponsorship commitments or specific revenue targets were presented at the meeting.
