Pleasant Grove water operators earn rare clean Sanitary Survey

Manager Hoffman said the division has a high bar for operations and training and acknowledged continued work ahead: "the division's goal is to never receive deficiency letters again," he said. Consultant John Schiess and the City Council were thanked during the update; the Council directed staff to post the commendation letter to the City's social media channels.
The presentation did not propose new policy changes; it served as recognition of operations and as context for ongoing water-system capital and staffing work. Director Winterton also reminded the Council that water conservation efforts remain important as the region faces low rainfall and possible multi-year drought conditions.
