During the Sept. 16 Regular Session the Council approved the consent agenda, which included minutes from Aug. 19, 2025, and multiple vendor payments and change orders for ongoing public-works projects: Payment No. 4 to Awolf Construction (Windsong Drive reconstruction), Change Order No. 1 to Awolf Construction (Windsong Drive), Payment No. 5 to Geneva Rock Products (2025 Pavement Preservation Project), Payment No. 5 to Bar S Construction Company (1520 West reconstruction & culinary waterline), Payment No. 1 to Hall Engineering & Construction (Murdock Drive waterline & roadway reconstruction), and Payment No. 17 to HydroVac Excavation (PI meter installation).
Council Member Cyd LeMone recused herself from Item B because she is related to the applicant on that item. Council Member Todd Williams moved to approve the consent items; Council Member Dianna Andersen seconded. The motion carried with Council Members Andersen, Jensen, Rogers and Williams voting "Yes." No roll‑call tallies beyond the recorded yes votes were provided in the minutes.
