At the Nov. 5, 2025 special meeting the Pleasant Grove City Council approved a consent package covering payments and contract change orders across several capital projects and contracts.
The approved consent items include Payment Nos. 24–27 to Big‑D Construction for the Cook Family Park Project; Contract Change Order No. 2 and Payment No. 7 to Bar S Construction Company, LLC for the 1520 West; 1100 North to 800 North Roadway Reconstruction & Culinary Waterline Project; Payment No. 3 to Holbrook Asphalt Company for the 3‑Year High‑Density Mineral Bond Contract (FY25); Payment No. 6 and Contract Change Order No. 2 to Awolf Construction, LLC for the Windsong Drive; Crestwood Boulevard to 100 East Roadway Reconstruction & Culinary Waterline Project; Payment No. 9 to S&L, Inc. for the Swimming Pool Deck Project; and Payment No. 8 to FX Construction for the American Fork Diversion Reconstruction Project, as well as October payment approval reports.
Council Member Jensen moved to approve the consent items and Council Member Williams seconded; the motion carried unanimously with Council Members Andersen, Jensen, Rogers, and Williams recorded as voting “Aye.” The consent approvals authorize staff to process the listed payments and implement the recorded contract change orders under previously approved project budgets.
